Pastoral Counselling
with a focus on
Marital Conflict / Separation and Divorce
Sometimes you simply need a safe place to talk.
I provide a listening ear, non-judgmental feedback about the difficulties you are experiencing, and an openness to talk about your relationship with God.
I have 19 years of experience of ministry in parishes, hospitals, and the University. I also have years of formation including a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, training in Clinical Pastoral Education, Mental Health First Aid and Mediation.
My husband and I have been married for twenty-six years, raised three sons, experienced the loss of our parents, and we have overcome significant health and financial challenges. We enjoy a rewarding relationship with our faith community and have a love of the arts.

These are some of the difficulties people have brought to the Pastoral Counselling I offer:
- Difficulties forgiving past hurts
- The grief of separation and divorce
- Loneliness
- Anger and resentments about unfair treatment
- Feelings of despair
- Feeling unheard
- Uncertainty about God’s compassion
- Difficulty praying
- Sexual difficulties
- Feelings of guilt and shame
- Worry about children’s behaviour
- Confusion
